Payment and Refunds
We açcept both PayPal and Shopify.
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery.
To acquire a refund please email us and we will promptly supply you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Clearly mark this number for our reference on top of the return shipping package, we do not accept packages without this number clearly displayed.

- A simple statement indicating the reason for your return.This will help us improve service to you the customer and hopefully gain your confidence in shopping with us in the future.
- All parts, manuals, and original packaging with your shipment.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, this will void any chance of getting a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification and process your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not provide exchanges at this time.
To return your product, you should mail your product with the RAN clearly marked on the shipping package to:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not receive return items without the RAN (Return Authorization Number) clearly marked on the package.
